Simon is an international executive, with more than 25 years’ experience building and transforming technology and ICT Services businesses across the UK, Europe, the US, and sub-Saharan Africa. He has successfully delivered change programmes in highly regulated and mission-critical sectors.

Simon believes that culture, integrity, and people are the foundations of sustainable success, shaping Serbus’ buy, build, and partner strategy and guiding how Serbus integrates and scales. His leadership is grounded in experience, humility, and a deep understanding of what it means to deliver critical and essential services.

Jon leads Serbus’ financial strategy, providing the governance, controls, and commercial insight that underpin sustainable growth and confident delivery.

He brings over 30 years of experience as a CFO in IT infrastructure, Software and Professional Services businesses having lead acquisitions, integrations, transformations and exits. He ensures financial leadership and discipline that enables successful operational performance and strong organic growth.

In Jon’s experience high-performing businesses are those that have built high-trust cultures. He takes pride in Serbus’ reputation for service excellence and considers it a priority to maintain an environment where teams can excel, develop, and deliver consistently for customers.

Max leads Serbus’ commercial strategy, ensuring customers get the secure capabilities they need for critical operations.

He has extensive experience delivering threat-mitigation and digital-resilience programmes across cyber, defence, nuclear, and government sectors at the highest levels, including supporting the UK industry’s approach to Ukraine.

Max builds long-term partnerships founded on trust, clarity, and mission impact, to help ensure our customers receive solutions that strengthen their capabilities and operational readiness.

Paul leads the delivery of secure, high-quality services, operating fully integrated, scalable, efficient and productive: bid management, project delivery, and service management functions, ensuring service excellence in delivery, engineering, and ongoing support across Serbus’ national customer base.

With over 30 years’ industry experience, Paul has developed an all-encompassing knowledge in network infrastructure, IP networking, and converged security solutions. Combining his operational expertise and commercial insight, Paul has based his career to date on achieving the highest possible standards for himself and his teams. His focus on continually striving to make improvements and driving innovation makes him an outstanding senior business leader.

A BICSI RCDD with deep technical expertise, Paul is known for his structured, people-centric approach and commitment to building reliable, resilient solutions for critical environments.

Roddy leads Serbus’ security, information, technology and engineering strategy, ensuring customers benefit from robust, unified, and future-ready technical capabilities.

Drawing on more than 30 years of military experience across UK Defence, including delivering mission-critical digital transformation for NATO and UK Strategic Command, and developing essential operational capability, he specialises in strengthening secure operations at scale.

Roddy’s focus at Serbus is on safeguarding customer environments, advancing security standards, and driving innovation across CNI sectors.

Lesley leads Serbus’ people strategy, ensuring the Group builds a united, values-driven culture that attracts, supports, and develops exceptional talent.

Lesley has deep experience in high-growth technology environments, guiding organisations to retain a strong sense of people and culture as they expand. She is passionate about fostering a values-led, ego-free culture where people feel supported to grow, contribute and succeed.
