Job Purpose:
The Campaign Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of the Marketing team’s internal and external marketing campaigns and communications.
It is essential that the successful candidate is comfortable working within an environment of fast pace, change and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
The Campaign Manager is responsible for the following:
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting UK Critical National Infrastructure sectors via Account-Based Marketing (ABM), new business acquisition, and indirect partnership channels to drive lead generation and engagement.
• Marketing Intelligence & Market Research: Utilise marketing intelligence platforms and market research to develop compelling value propositions and messaging, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences and align with industry trends.
• Website & Content Management: Support with the syndication of website content using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimised, and high-quality content.
• Campaign Performance & ROI Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics, deliver insights, and optimise marketing strategies to enhance ROI and engagement.
• CRM & Lead Management: Proficient in CRM systems, ensuring effective lead tracking, nurturing, and seamless collaboration between marketing, service delivery and business development teams.
• Event & Webinar Management: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events/webinars, ensuring strong audience engagement and successful outcomes.
• PR/Content Syndication: Distribute thought leadership and marketing content across relevant industry and vertical-specific media channels to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Internal Communications: Manage the internal communications calendar and assets, ensuring clear messaging and alignment with key stakeholders across the business.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts, leveraging Group business plan and industry insights to enhance social media presence and audience interaction.
• Creative & Agency Collaboration: Work closely with creative agencies to develop high-quality campaign and sales enablement marketing assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Canva & Design Skills: Use Canva to design marketing assets for social media, internal communications, and campaign materials.
• HubSpot: Strong experience in HubSpot for end-to-end campaign management, including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, CRM integration, and performance reporting to optimise engagement and conversions.
• Copywriting & Content Creation: Support the creations of compelling email marketing copy, internal communications, blogs, and thought leadership content to drive engagement
• Digital Marketing (Desirable): Experience in SEO, PPC, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to enhance digital marketing efforts
• Health and Safety: Actively promote and foster a safe and inclusive work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years in a generalist marketing role is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a Campaign Manager preferably within a B2B, Managed Service Provider and/or Systems Integrator.
• Experience successfully working through a period of integration and growth in a private equity backed business is highly desirable.
• Marketing Automation Proficiency: Deep knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot and expertise in automation strategies for demand generation.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Automation platform
• Expertise in website content management via CMS.
• Exceptional event management skills, including online events and webinars.
• Ability to syndicate content effectively through industry-specific channels.
• Creative flair for social media management and content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills for various marketing channels.
• Desirable knowledge in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, CRO, and SMO.
• Experience managing creative agencies
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with robust stakeholder management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Highly proficient in Office 365, design (Canva) and CRM tools.
Education/Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a marketing related subject.
• CIM Diploma (or equivalent) post-grad with ongoing commitment to Marketing CPD
Conditions of Employment:
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK
• Must have full UK driving licence
• Must preferably be located within the Greater Manchester area
• Must be able to gain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
• Must be able to gain SC (Security Check) clearance as standard along with any relevant customer specific security clearances that may be required.
